• A small number of bulk billed psychology appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral. These sessions are limited to set times as viewed on the online bookings page, and are offered to support access to care while maintaining availability for all clients. Bulk billed appointments are capped and subject to availability. A current Mental Health Care Plan is required at the time of booking.

  • Standard psychology sessions are available at a fee of $210 per 50-minute appointment. Clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 following payment. These sessions offer flexible appointment times and are suitable for ongoing therapeutic work, assessment, and support.

  • Our one on one, 10 Session Therapy Assistant Programs offer individualised support for kids and adults who benefit from hands-on practice of therapeutic skills. Following a complimentary session with a Psychologist and in accordance with your chosen goals- each program is designed by a registered psychologist and delivered by a trained Therapy Assistant, ensuring goals are targeted, consistent, and developmentally appropriate.

  • Psychology Skills Groups are structured, small-group programs (generally around 5-6 people) designed to build practical emotional, social, and coping skills in a supportive environment. Groups focus on learning evidence-based strategies, practising real-life skills, and connecting with others who share similar experiences. These sessions are guided by a psychologist and combine education with interactive activities to support confidence and everyday functioning.
