As we gallop into 2026, the Year of the Horse, I am hopeful for changes to the way we approach Mental Health. We have spent so long 'supporting' and 'helping', and I feel those words don't really cut it anymore. People need to feel anchored, stable, assured, and able to trust in their health services again. As health practitioners, we are called to blend human connection with evolving technologies, helping people find care that feels authentic, reliable, and safe to lean into.

After running Aurora Allied Health as a multidisciplinary practice for almost a decade, I made the decision late last year to return my primary focus to direct client work and the development of accessible, low-cost group-based programs. As the mental health space continues to evolve, new innovations and technologies are allowing us to support people in more flexible, effective, and cost-conscious ways. I am excited to be releasing new programs soon, so please keep checking the website for updates.

I am now open for referrals and currently accepting new 1:1 clients out of my office in Winthrop. I can under some circumstances also provide Telehealth and offsite options where required.

For those who haven’t worked with me before, my approach is holistic and deeply individualised. I believe therapy should meet people where they are, so I tailor my interventions to each person’s needs, strengths, and lived experience.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I offer both individual therapy and group-based programs, and I work in a way that is collaborative, compassionate, and respectful of each person’s pace and autonomy.

Service options include:
- Individual psychology sessions
- Group-based programs
- Individualised skills-building programs with Therapy Assistant support
- Collaborative care with referrers and families
